OPERATION MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (OMT)
(Field Assistant, Technical Assistant, Mill Assistant, Community Development Assistant, Admin Assistant)
Requirements:
* Male with max. 25 years old.
* Hold min. S1 degree with min. GPA 2.75 majoring in Agriculture, Geodesy, Foresty, Agronomy, Science of Soil (Field Assistant Trainee), Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, Civil Engineering (Technical Assistant Trainee), Utility, SHE, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering (Mill Assistant Trainee), Social Science, Communication, Public Relation, Law (CD Assistant Trainee), Accounting, Finance, Management, Law (Administration Assistant Trainee) or other related disciplines from reputables university.
* Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
* Disposed to endure the training program for 6 months with the official duty contract for 2 years.
* Familiar with computer literacy (Ms. Office, Auto CAD, GPS) or other proficient related software.
* Able to work under pressure with tight deadline and with minimal supervision.
* Multi tasking also meeting high standards as well as high quality.
* Able to function effectively as an individual or team player, self-motivated and well-organized person.
* Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and attention to detail person.
* Able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels within an organization also good command English is a good advantage.
* Willing to be placed and travel to plantations area across Indonesia.
* Possess strong leadeship, analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
